Course Description
This ICAgile certification course provides you with Portfolio Management and Program Management approaches to maximize the value produced by your products. The class will introduce the subject of scaling and will provide a high-level review of various approaches to scaling development within your organization. In large, complex organizations, traditional Agile practices such as Scrum do not work well with large, diverse, teams and products.
