Course Description

This course, designed for Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Owners and Business Analysts, will help you develop the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise. It covers the activities, tools and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs, and demonstrates how to apply Lean thinking to Requirements (Epics, Features, Stories, etc.). You will practice Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture to effectively integrate as Product Owners and Product Managers and find out what it takes to relentlessly improve development teams. The course prepares you for the certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) exam.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be given when a registrant cancels more than five (5) business days prior to the start of the class. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class and no-shows will be billed in full. Another person may be substituted at any time at no additional charge.
A request to transfer a class to a future date can only occur if the request is more than 5 business days prior to the start of class.  Otherwise, the request will be considered a cancellation and the policy will apply.
