Course Description

The SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Course prepares Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe® ) implementation. You will practice facilitating crossteam interaction in support of program execution and relentless improvement, and enhance the Scrum paradigm with scalable engineering and DevOps practices, as well as value-flow Kanban applications. The course also explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise. The course prepares you for the certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) exam.
