Explore the mindset and role of the Agile team facilitator in this ICAgile-certified course. We provide group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage your entire audience and drive toward agreed-upon outcomes. You also will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams. At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain the development path from team member to facilitator to team coach to enterprise coach and assess your own stage on the pathway
  • Express your own developmental goal on the pathway
  • Demonstrate the Agile team facilitation mindset and behaviors
  • Design and present a facilitator guide with a clear meeting purpose and a variety of group activities to achieve desired outcomes
  • Facilitate a collaborative session with clear decision scope
  • Develop a facilitation plan/guide for three or more Agile framework meetings, intentionally planning to overcome obstacles and achieve overall purpose and outcomes
  • Design and facilitate Agile meetings in a variety of contexts and for varied team maturity levels

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be given when a registrant cancels more than five (5) business days prior to the start of the class. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class and no-shows will be billed in full. Another person may be substituted at any time at no additional charge.
A request to transfer a class to a future date can only occur if the request is more than 5 business days prior to the start of class.  Otherwise, the request will be considered a cancellation and the policy will apply.
