Course Description

IC Agile Certified Professional logo in navy hexagon outline on white background. ICAgile and ICP written inside the hexagon in navy with Certified Professional in white on a navy banner at the bottom of the hexagon point

This ICAgile-accredited course reinforces Agile as a mindset, not a methodology. The curriculum is interactive, covering concepts such as value-driven development, adaptive planning, frequent feedback and continuous improvement. Lessons offer firsthand experience in avoiding common pitfalls and understanding how Agile can maximize value for your organization. Whether you are new to Agile or an experienced practitioner who recognizes the need to “be” Agile rather than “do” it, this is where your journey begins.
