Course Description

Stakeholder Management investigates the social roles that impact your organization’s projects. How stakeholders are involved, how teams are formed and what management expects all contribute to a project’s success … or failure. Using case studies, this course covers power roles, team formation and change management. You also will complete a parametric analysis of a project.
