Confirmation of Class Registration You will receive an automated receipt with your class details immediately following your registration. If you have selected to have your company invoiced you will only receive a confirmation. Your parking pass will be located at the bottom of these emails. Please be sure to make copies of this pass for each day you will be in attendance. Highlight the date and place the parking pass portion of the receipt/confirmation on your dash.
How to Waive Prerequisite Requirements
Before registering, you should make sure you have fulfilled the course prerequisites as listed in the Certificate Track sections.
The purpose of these prerequisites is to ensure students have the proper background to absorb the material presented in each class.
If you have not taken the listed prerequisites but feel you have already gained this knowledge from similar classes or experience, you may seek permission to waive these requirements by contacting email@example.com or (314) 935-4444.
Class Locations Note that classes are held in several locations in the St. Louis area. Please check the course schedule, your Student Profile and your confirmation letter for the location of your class.
How to Make-up Missed Classes 100% attendance is expected at all sessions. If you miss a session, make-up work is required to receive the course completion certificate. As soon as you know that you will miss a session, please contact the instructor to ensure that the material may be completed with make-up work. If you are unable to contact the instructor, please call (314) 935-4444.
If We Cancel Your Class Occasionally, the Technology and Leadership Center cancels scheduled classes due to an insufficient number of registered students, an unexpected change in the availability of an instructor, or other reasons. Upon cancellation, the individual who placed the registration will be notified immediately. At your discretion, we can either attempt to reschedule you for a class at a later date or cancel your registration. If we have already collected funds for the canceled class, you may choose to have these dollars refunded or applied to another class.
On occasion classes that are offered meet the maximum capacity for the room. If you are interested in registering for a class that is already full you can be added to our wait list. If we decide to open additional sections of that course you will be notified and will be automatically enrolled in that section. Those sections will be held on the same day/time as the section you indicated you would like to be added to a wait list.
How to Check Class Cancellations Due to Weather To learn about class cancellations due to inclement weather, call (314) 935-4444 for a recorded message. We will also contact you via email if we are closing the campus due to weather. In addition, please follow us on social media as updates will also be made there.
